Let’s make a space where it's okay to show up for 5 minutes, for 2 minutes, or for the whole time.
Where it's okay to cancel at the last minute.
Where we can show up in our big feelings;
Where can be tired, stressed, exhausted, distracted, confused, "too much", and everything else.
Where we don’t need to hide.
Where all forms of participation are optional, and guided by choice and personal agency however you need to in that moment, on that day.
Where we can bring our whole selves without shame, and without feeling any expectations on us.
Where our voices can overlap.
Where our joy can be expansive and physically expressed.
This is a completely informal and open-hearted gathering with no agenda. If there are other disabled and/or neurodivergent ECU community members who you'd like to invite, please share this email!
